a) The seller shall feature Azalea Cruise. as a charter yacht in its programs and brochures

b) The given rates in this contract and fully confidential and not for retail customers and if you are

publishing our rates to the public or internet please add a minimum of 10% given rates.

c) Azalea Cruise reserve the right to cancel this agreement should the Business Partner misrepresent in

any advertising, brochure promotion or press release, information pertaining to Azalea Cruise. Azalea

Cruise which may damage the image of the Yacht and the company. Hey Maldives shall supply with a

selection of images and copy to accurately portray the property. Please note that the all images of M/Y.

Azalea Cruise are protected by copyright. All images used for any purpose must always be credited with

the Yacht and destination. Failure to do this may result in a charge being made to protect copyright

agreements
